Senior Ruby on Rails developer

Your mission

We're looking for a brilliant and motivated Senior Ruby on Rails Backend Developer to join our team. Among your tasks, you will design and build solid, scalable, and maintainable Rails applications with high coverage; lead Code Reviews and mentor colleagues; create a positive environment for the people around you, share knowledge with everyone and help the team grow; collaborate with designers, team leads, and stakeholders to understand business goals, analyze requirements and propose technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Side projects or open-source projects contributions (you might want to share via GitHub link)
  • Continuous integration and deployment skills
  • Experience with SaaS development and RESTful API development
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript
  • Experience With Kubernetes and Docker
  • Server stack configuration and optimization skills (Apache/Nginx)

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Software Developer and at least 5 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails (possibly spent crafting mid-large size web applications using Ruby on Rails)
  • Great understanding of OOP, SOLID design principles, and design patterns
  • Solid knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
  • Experience in Unit, Integration, and Acceptance testing using RSpec and Capybara
  • Experience with GitHub and a solid understanding of Git core concepts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and clear manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and CRM systems (such as Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making

Your mission

We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing web and mobile applications, with proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant tools. The candidate should also have a good understanding of front-end technologies, including Tailwind CSS, and be able to work collaboratively with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces for web applications and our Chrome extension using Figma or Adobe XD
  • Talk with customers to understand needs
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
  • Translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, responsive designs using Tailwind CSS.
  • Create visual assets such as icons and illustrations as needed
  • Create and maintain design systems and style guides
  • Provide design guidance and feedback to junior designers and developers
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field
